Eldon Fry, Part-time Transitional Pastor

eldon.fry@daybreakweb.com

Dr. Eldon Fry joined the Daybreak staff as of October 1, 2017 to create an environment of healing and development for Daybreak. His role is to invest in our elders, staff, and ministry leaders to ensure that we are living out our mission, vision, and values. Eldon reports directly to the Leadership Team and Elders. We expect this role to last for one year, with built-in assessments along the way to guide us in determining longer-term organizational needs. Eldon has been a mentor to our pastoral staff for several years. He retired as college pastor of Messiah College in 2014 and has recently been consulting through his Open Hands Ministry. The mission of his ministry is to “support pastors and counselors by providing a ministry of spiritual direction, spiritual formation consultation, pastoral counseling and coaching.” Eldon will invest about 20 hours a week into shepherding our pastoral team, staff, and elders through this transition.
