Students
Daybreak Student Ministries exists to help students ENCOUNTER God’s grace, ENGAGE in God-centered relationships, and EXPRESS God’s love by serving others. Our goal is that each student that walks in to a DSM event will find a place where they feel loved, appreciated, and accepted – free to celebrate God’s grace regardless of who they are or where they came from. We also seek to create an environment for connection.
We want each student to find meaningful relationships with students and volunteers that will help them continue to explore their relationship with Christ. Finally, we encourage every student to find a way to use their gifts to serve, that they would no longer live only for themselves, but instead, seek to honor God daily and contribute to His work in Daybreak, in our community and around the world!
What To Expect
DSM is split into three separate ministries to meet the unique needs of each age group.
- FUSION is designed to reach out to 5th grade students.
- WIRED is our middle school ministry and focuses on grades 6-8.
- ELEMENT is our high school ministry and seeks to connect with students in grades 9-12.
Students of all age groups meet together on Wednesday nights and Sundays. Plus, we have lots of opportunities for students to interact with each other and develop in their relationship with God through weekend retreats, mission trips, conferences, service events, and more.
