There are a number of ways that you can get involved by volunteering to serve at Daybreak. Below are a list of the types of opportunities that are available. Don't wait for someone to approach you -- get involved! Check out the brief summaries below, email the appropriate contact person, and someone will get back in touch to help get you plugged in!

Children's Ministry (All Stars) -- Includes Birth through Grade 4 and FUSION (Gr. 5)

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

* Sunday AM (coaches, storytellers, one-on-ones, worship)

* Wednesday PM -- @ Gettysburg Pike only (small group coaches, one-on-ones)

* Support Roles (coordinators, prep team, supply distribution, other administrative help)

Student Ministries (DSM) -- Includes WIRED (Gr. 6-8), and ELEMENT (Gr. 9-12)

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

* Sunday Morning Programming for WIRED (Up Front and Behind-the-Scenes)

* Sunday Evening Programming for ELEMENT (greeting, game leading, audio/video worship, resource center, teaching)

* Wednesday Evening Programming for WIRED, and ELEMENT (small group leadership and support)

* Special Events (monthly fun events, weekend retreats, summer trips)

* Administrative Support (mailings, phone calls, emails, communications, etc.)

Worship Arts Ministries

* Instumental Music Ministry (Worship Band, Orchestra)

* Tech Arts Ministry (Audio, Video, Lighting)

* Performance Ministry (Dance, Drama)

* Healing Needs (DivorceCare, GriefShare, Made to Crave, Me, Myself and Lies,True Reflections, Wellspring)

* Relational Health Needs (pre-martial mentoring, marriage enrichment)

* Finishing Touch (decorating, stage setup)

* Resource Center (cashier, inventory management)

* Visual Arts and Production (video filming & editing, photography)

Family Life Ministries

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

* Events Team (supports, plans, and executes special events)

* Hospitality Team (weekend greeters, coffee making, traffic control)

* Emergency Response Team (helps handle urgent situations)

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

* Ministry Placement (helping Daybreakers find opportunities to serve that fit them well)

* Ministry Development (coaching others on how to equip leaders and start something new)

* Community Service Team (helping develop partnerships with local community organizations)

* Career International Workers (start your own journey towards career, international work)

* Short-Term Trips (join a team to serve and encourage one of our global partners)

* Global Support Team (provide international workers with tangible, ongoing blessings and prayer)

Operations Ministries

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

* Communications (publications, graphic design, newsletters, website)

* Facilities (landscaping, maintenance, setup, cleaning)

* Information Technology (desktop support, server maintenance)

* Office Support (administrative projects, mailings, take-home projects)

Small Group Ministries

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

* Leadership (leading and shepherding a group of people)

* Apprenticing (learning from a leader, eventually starting a new group)

* Coaching (equipping a group of leaders)

* Administration (assisting the Small Group Director with a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks)
